An Ohm (136.1) tuning fork session is very grounding and healing. It can help to identify emotional and physical blocks of pain in the body. Working on those points of pain with the Ohm tuning fork can assist the person’s energy blocks to break up and move down the body. The lower Ohm frequency helps to ground those energies into the root and right out of the body.
